Insurance
Members of Melbourne University Futsal Club are eligible for Personal Accident Insurance (cover through Football Victoria for FV endorsed events and through the University of Melbourne for all other events). Please visit the Univeristy's Personal Accident Insurance page for the latest information (including who is covered, when cover applies, what is covered and how to make a claim). Please seek your own additional insurance coverage independently if you are not satisfied.
What sort of level do you offer?
Our Competitions are aimed at welcoming players of all levels in a social environment. Some teams are made up of beginners whereas others aim to be be highly competitive. We aim to fixture in a way to have pools followed by Finals (Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Iron Finals based on how your results for earlier matches) with the aim that everyone can play for a medal at the end of Semester!
Ascension (Our performance squads) and Intervarsity are environments where there is a competitive selection process. From this it is expected you should have previous futsal experince. These teams also offer coached training sessions (1 or 2 times per week) and hence players should have a level of commitment before joining these teams
How do I know if it is the right fit for me?
All our programs will offer a free trial, before asking any ongoing commitment. Our Compeititions also offer free Kickabouts at the start of semester to connect with other people and you can join a team that is the right fit for you. Please complete an Expression of Interest form before attending.

How can I get a MUFC merchandise or Uniform
AKU Australia is our official merchandise partner. You can visit our online store to see our range of shirts, hoodies, trackpants, hats, socks available for purchase. AKU can also design custom uniforms for your team for our Competitions
Currently, our Ascencion team uniforms are only available to purchase by selected squad players as we do orders by request only. We also provide Club-Owned kits for players who are selected but do not want to purchase their own Uniform.

If you are interested in being a Volunteer, Administrator or Committee member of our Club, please Contact us and we can arrange a discussion. We are a non-for-profit community club, so rely on people joining us to help develop us further. We offer a range of incentives and support for Volunteers, particularly we are happy to discuss if you want to get involved but the cost of membership is prohibitive.
